 ~ Hamsa ~ Pronounced Humsa
The Sanskrit word Hamsa is an ancient mantra that means, "I am in the Divine, the Divine is in me." It is a constant reminder of our innate divine connection that occurs spontaneously with each incoming and outgoing breath…breathing in "HAM," and breathing out "SA."
Hamsa also means "Swan" which is a symbol of grace and spiritual perfection. The word Yoga means "to join" or "to yoke." Yoga is the process reaching spiritual perfection through joining our individual self with the Supreme Self.
Hamsa Yoga is dedicated to sharing the teachings and practices of Yoga in a joyful environment that encourages each student to discover their limitless potential.
